Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A: Absolutely! Our military families deserve good kitchen gear too. Standard rates apply.
Q: What if I'm not home for delivery?
A: Most carriers will leave packages in a safe location or with a neighbor. You can also request hold for pickup at the carrier facility.
Q: Can I expedite an order that's already been placed?
A: If it hasn't shipped yet, we might be able to upgrade your shipping. Email us ASAP and we'll see what we can do!
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Not yet, but we love the idea! Email us if you're in Wisconsin, USA- maybe we can work something out.
Q: What about damaged packages?
